Rock on 80's style! I took an awesome baby blue faux tuxedo dress and made this radifcent dress. It has a ruched bust with white heart lace trim and blue bow details. The hem is two floofy poofy layers of white lace. It's truly truly truly outrageous! ($5 off the dress if you email me & tell me what that's from!) Serged and topstitched seams.
