Super cute! I took a cool all-over print NMBC tee with Jack heads and crossbones and made this dress! It has a scoopneck cut with black lace trim, and 3 checkerboard buttons down the front. The sleeves and empire waist insert are made of pink knit that alternates between stripes of semi-sheer mesh and fuzzy terry. The hem is a ruffle of black knit. Serged and topstitched seams.
